We are searching for a Java Full Stack Lead to join our team in a Remote Canada capacity. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable, enterprise-grade applications, mentoring our development teams while embedding innovation into everything we do.

As a Lead I in Software Engineering, you will walk alongside our clients to create human-centred solutions.

• Strategic Design: Lead the implementation of scalable, enterprise-grade architectures.

• Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into high-impact technical solutions.

• System Evolution: Review existing systems and recommend updates to ensure performance and security.

• Mentorship: Guide development teams through the full SDLC, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

• Standards Governance: Ensure all coding and architecture adhere to best practices in security and performance.

Technical Requirements & Profile

We are looking for a hands-on leader with 8+ years of experience and a deep understanding of the full software stack.

• Backend Mastery: Strong expertise in Java, Node.js, RESTful APIs, and Microservices.

• Frontend Proficiency: Advanced skills in React or Angular, JavaScript, and responsive UI design.

• Mobile & Web: Experience with iOS/Android platforms and a deep understanding of web security and performance optimization.

• Ecosystem Tools: Familiarity with Spring Boot, Maven, Git, and Agile methodologies.

• Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP and CI/CD pipelines.

• Architectural Depth: Strong knowledge of OOP, design patterns, and managing multi-threaded applications.

Compensation & Comprehensive Benefits

• Salary Range: $95,000 – $119,000 CAD (Remote-Canada).
