💼 About the Role – Senior Data Analyst

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will:

  • Work closely with Affiliate & Influencer Marketing teams.

  • Evaluate creator and campaign performance.

  • Build and refine analytics frameworks.

  • Contribute to strengthening the internal analytics foundation.

You’ll collaborate with Creator Management, Marketing, and Product teams to drive insights that directly impact revenue and efficiency.

🎯 Key Responsibilities – Senior Data Analyst

  • Conduct end-to-end analysis of influencer and affiliate performance metrics.

  • Diagnose performance changes across creators, campaigns, and platforms.

  • Define and validate creator-level and campaign-level metrics aligned with revenue outcomes.

  • Perform deep dives to identify inefficiencies in creator mix, content, and strategy.

  • Design and maintain automated dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools, and internal platforms.

  • Ensure data accuracy through quality checks, reconciliation, and anomaly detection.

  • Convert recurring business questions into repeatable analytical frameworks.

  • Maintain clear documentation of metrics, logic, and analytical processes.

🛠 Required Skills & Qualifications – Senior Data Analyst

✅ Must-Have Skills

  • SQL – Strong hands-on experience in data extraction and analysis.

  • MS Excel – Advanced knowledge including Pivot Tables, complex formulas, and data cleaning.
