Role Overview

As a Remote Business Analyst, you will play a key role in gathering business requirements, documenting processes, analysing data, and enabling insights that lead to improved operational performance. You will collaborate with stakeholders, technology teams, and project managers to ensure business needs are accurately translated into actionable deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyse, and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders.

• Create visual models such as process flows, diagrams, use cases, and workflow maps.

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

• Work closely with technical teams to align requirements with design, development, and deployment plans.

• Support solution validation, testing coordination, and user acceptance activities.

• Prepare clear documentation, including BRDs, user stories, functional specifications, and test cases.

• Communicate insights, project statuses, and impact assessments to stakeholders.

• Assist in continuous process improvement and optimisation initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in business analysis, ideally in IT, consulting, or digital transformation environments.

• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.

• Ability to document requirements clearly and translate them into actionable solutions.

• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, or similar platforms.

• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and remote collaboration tools.

• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise tasks in fast-paced settings.

• Experience with Agile or SDLC environments is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills (Optional)
