About the Role

The Business Management Analyst will work closely with Business and Group Heads to improve business performance, streamline reporting processes, and support strategic initiatives. The role requires responsiveness to executive requests, strong presentation skills, and the ability to organise complex business data into actionable insights.

You will act as a trusted partner to leadership teams by providing structured analysis, preparing executive-level materials, and ensuring smooth coordination of key business activities.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Reporting & Business Analysis

  • Respond to executive ad-hoc requests with timely and accurate analysis.

  • Prepare high-quality management presentations and business reports.

  • Translate complex datasets into clear insights for decision-making.

Presentation Development & Dashboard Creation

  • Design impactful PowerPoint presentations for leadership meetings.

  • Use Excel (including Pivot Tables) to generate reports and dashboards.

  • Create wireframes, mock-ups, and structured summaries for strategy discussions.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Communicate with cross-functional teams and global managers.

  • Drive next steps on projects by aligning stakeholders and timelines.

  • Prepare materials for town halls, strategy sessions, and employee initiatives.

Process Improvement & Documentation

  • Maintain business documentation and resources on collaboration platforms such as SharePoint.

  • Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and improve efficiency.

  • Support initiatives aimed at strengthening business controls and risk mitigation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.

  • Experience delivering executive-level presentations and business reports.

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in:

    • Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, reporting, data analysis)

    • Microsoft PowerPoint (professional presentation design)

  • Strong organisational and project management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Self-motivated with strong prioritization and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Strategic thinking and structured problem-solving.

  • Ability to justify and articulate design and reporting decisions.

  • Experience in banking, financial services, or asset management environments.

  • Close attention to detail and focus on presentation quality.
