The Role: Strategic Security Leadership

As a Cyber Security Architect, you will be the technical authority shaping the security direction for complex, hybrid environments. This role demands a blend of deep technical engineering and strategic influence. You will lead the integration of Zero Trust, Identity Management, and AI/ML Security to protect sensitive financial data across global regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Security Architecture: Lead the design and engineering of secure hybrid environments (On-premises + AWS & GCP Cloud).

  • Innovation & AI: Champion AI/ML security, automation, and continuous controls monitoring to stay ahead of evolving threats.

  • Identity & Access: Implement robust IAM, PIM, MFA, and SSO frameworks to enforce a strict Zero Trust philosophy.

  • Defense-in-Depth: Manage enterprise platforms including CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Splunk, and Microsoft Sentinel.

  • DevSecOps: Integrate security into the CI/CD pipeline through infrastructure-as-code (IaC) security and automated compliance.

  • Threat Intelligence: Lead threat hunting frameworks and cyber intelligence processes to proactively mitigate risks.

  • Strategic Influence: Simplify complex security concepts for executive stakeholders to drive risk-aware business decisions.

Qualifications & Technical Expertise

  • Experience: 10–15 years in cybersecurity, with 10+ years specifically leading security architecture in enterprise environments.

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or Cybersecurity.

  • Certifications: CISSP, CCSP, or CISM (Highly preferred).

  • Technical Stack: Proficiency in EDR/XDR, SIEM, DLP, PKI, and Vulnerability Management.

  • Modern Tools: Experience with GenStudio, Google NotebookLM, and Zoom AI Companion for data synthesis and sentiment analysis is a plus.

  • Frameworks: Deep understanding of NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.
