Technical & Program Delivery Workflow

The role operates within the Digital Enablement Solutions (DES) PMO framework to manage small-to-mid-sized Workplace Technology initiatives:

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiative Execution: Lead and deliver a portfolio of small to mid-sized technology initiatives within Workplace Technology, Corporate Technology Support, and Global Corporate Real Estate.

  • PMO Governance & Reporting: Apply standard PMO frameworks to track milestones, budget allocations, schedules, risks, and issue logs.

  • AI & Analytics Integration: Utilize AI-assisted insights, analytics, and automation tools to enhance project forecasting, delivery predictability, and PMO reporting.

  • Risk Management & Escalation: Proactively identify project bottlenecks and dependencies, escalating issues with data-backed recommendations.

  • Change Enablement & Adoption: Collaborate with operational teams to manage change execution, user readiness, and system adoption across enterprise business units.

Qualification Criteria & Skill Matrix

Baseline Qualifications

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree OR 3+ years of general work experience. Target experience range for early-career hires is 6 months to 3 years in technical program management, project coordination, or IT operations.

Preferred Technical & Functional Competencies

Competency Area Core Capabilities & Tools
Project Management Frameworks Foundational knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project lifecycles.
Data & AI Productivity Experience using data analytics, AI-assisted reporting tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT), and metrics dashboards.
Technical Exposure Familiarity with workplace technology, enterprise IT infrastructure, or cybersecurity environments.
PMO Tooling & Operations Proficiency in tracking tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel) and portfolio status reporting.
Soft Skills Strong attention to detail, stakeholder communication, and adaptability in a matrixed enterprise.
