Job Overview

thyssenkrupp nucera is seeking an experienced Analyst – ERP Master Data to manage global master data, strengthen data governance, and develop reporting solutions that support business decision-making. The role involves working closely with Procurement, Finance, and other international stakeholders while maintaining data accuracy and improving ERP reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, govern, and continuously improve global master data within the ERP system.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with master data governance standards.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and other teams to improve master data management processes.
• Manage the creation, validation, modification, and quality assurance of ERP master data.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, forecasts, and planning inputs.
• Handle ad hoc ERP data reporting and analytical requests.
• Improve reporting methodologies, data quality, and data structures.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting frameworks.
• Monitor KPI deviations, identify significant variances, and support corrective actions.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Economics or a similar discipline.
• 10–12 years of professional experience, ideally in an international organization.
• Technical and analytical skills across multiple business processes and information systems.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics and SAP.
• Experience setting up, maintaining, and debugging Power BI reports and managing Row-Level Security.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional, international teams.
• Fluent spoken and written English, at C2 level.

Additional advantage: Experience with VBA and Python scripting.
