Key Responsibilities

  • Sprint Leadership & Task Coordination: Assign engineering tasks, unblock team members, manage risks, and communicate sprint progress to management for on-time delivery.

  • Architecture & Low-Latency Engineering: Design, build, and deploy performant, scalable, and secure Node.js microservices and RESTful web services.

  • Code Quality & Technical Governance: Conduct thorough code reviews, enforce coding standards, prevent anti-patterns (e.g., callback hell), and drive reusable component architectures.

  • Authentication & System Security: Implement OAuth2, JWT, and multi-system authorization protocols alongside data protection standards.

  • DevOps & Cloud Integration: Containerize applications using Docker, manage CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins, and maintain infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

Technical & Professional Qualifications

Baseline Qualifications

  • Experience Range: Minimum 10+ years in software development, with a primary focus on server-side JavaScript and Node.js ecosystems.

  • Agile Mindset: Deep experience operating within Agile/Scrum environments, managing blockers, and collaborating with cross-functional DevOps and QA teams.
