2Base Technologies is hiring experienced and analytical professionals for the role of Sr. Business Analyst. The company is rebuilding its Business Analyst team into a world-class, product-focused, and clarity-driven department.

This role is not limited to documentation work. Candidates will be responsible for complete requirement ownership, functional modelling, business process understanding, stakeholder communication, and supporting successful product delivery.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Requirement Gathering

  • Conduct requirement workshops and discovery sessions
  • Understand business goals and client expectations

🔹 Functional Analysis

  • Break large features into modules and workflows

  • Create logical functional understanding for development teams

🔹 Documentation Management

  • Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, workflows, and acceptance criteria
