 The Role: Global Inventory & Flow Analysis

As a Senior Analyst, you will support the WW Materials Team by translating complex data into actionable inventory strategies. You will move beyond simple data entry into trend prediction and waterfall forecasting.

What a Typical Day Looks Like:

• Inventory Planning: Provide strategic support for inventory planning across specific global projects.

• Performance Tracking: Deliver real-time data on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide timely status updates on various account types.

• Forecast Analysis: Work on customer forecasts using normalisation, comparison, and the Waterfall Method for shipment tracking.

• Shortage Mitigation: Run weekly system reports to identify material shortages and collaborate with the buying team for rapid closure.

• Flow Optimisation: Analyze material availability and capacity to ensure a seamless end-to-end supply chain process.

Your Professional Success Profile

We are looking for an analytical mind with a high degree of accuracy and the flexibility to operate in a truly global environment.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

• Experience: 0–2 years in Supply Chain (Procurement, Planning, or Inventory).

• Technical Proficiency:

  • Mandatory expertise in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Excel Automation: Knowledge of Macros is highly preferred.

  • E2E Knowledge: Strong proficiency in the End-to-End supply chain process.

• Preferred Tools: Knowledge of Kinaxis (Planning), Microstrategy (Reporting), and Tableau (Visualisation) is a significant advantage.

• Global Mindset: Ability to work across multiple time zones to support our worldwide operations.
