Milestone Technologies is launching a new product team to implement a modern commercial forecasting platform. The goal? Replace outdated, manual, Excel-driven forecasting processes with a streamlined, scalable, and technology-driven solution.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will:

🔍 Key Responsibilities – Senior Business Analyst

1️⃣ Business Discovery & Requirements Leadership

  • Lead requirements elicitation sessions with forecasting and analytics stakeholders

  • Understand current-state processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities

  • Translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria

  • Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders on forecasting workflows and reporting needs across brands and geographies

2️⃣ Process & Functional Analysis

  • Document business and functional requirements

  • Create process flows (As-Is / To-Be models)

  • Prepare functional specifications and traceability artifacts

  • Conduct fit-gap analysis between business needs and platform capabilities

  • Support standardization of forecasting processes to reduce manual errors and inconsistencies

3️⃣ UAT & Delivery Support

  • Own UAT preparation and execution

  • Create test scenarios and test data

  • Manage defect triage and obtain business sign-off

  • Ensure requirements are measurable, testable, and aligned with scope

  • Support release readiness through documentation and stakeholder communication

4️⃣ Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration

  • Act as a liaison between business teams, delivery leadership, technical teams, and vendor partners

  • Clearly communicate risks, dependencies, and decisions

  • Support knowledge transfer to incoming full-time Business Analyst resources

🎯 Required Qualifications – Senior Business Analyst

To succeed in this role, candidates should have:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst

  • Experience delivering enterprise platforms or analytics solutions

  • Strong expertise in requirements engineering (user stories, acceptance criteria, process mapping)

  • Proven experience in end-to-end UAT support

  • Strong analytical skills, especially in rationalizing spreadsheet-driven business processes

  • Experience working in Agile environments

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
