📋 About the Role
NAB is hiring an experienced Senior Business Analyst for its Business Lending team. The selected candidate will play a key role in delivering customer-focused and compliant lending solutions while working closely with Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in commercial lending, Agile methodologies, stakeholder communication, and business transformation initiatives.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
🔹 End-to-End Business Analysis
Lead analysis activities across lending projects including processes, policies, systems, and business data.
🔹 Requirement Gathering
Translate business needs into epics, user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
🔹 Agile Team Collaboration
Work closely with Agile teams during sprint planning, backlog refinement, and implementation activities.
🔹 Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
🔹 UAT & Testing Support
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), implementation readiness, and test scenario validation.
🔹 Governance & Compliance
Ensure all lending solutions align with banking regulations, governance standards, and compliance requirements.
🔹 AI-Driven Delivery
Leverage AI-enabled SDLC tools for analysis, documentation, and testing improvements.
🏦 Lending Lifecycle Expertise Required
Candidates should have strong knowledge across the complete lending lifecycle, including:
