Job Overview

Yonder Talent India is hiring a Revenue Analyst to support data-driven pricing, forecasting, and revenue optimization for a growing portfolio of U.S.-based properties.

This role is ideal for analytical and data-driven professionals with experience in Revenue Management, Revenue Analytics, Pricing, Data Analytics, or Hospitality Analytics. The selected candidate will use market data, occupancy trends, dynamic pricing platforms, SQL, Python, and business intelligence tools to identify revenue opportunities and improve property performance.

The Revenue Analyst will work closely with Business Development, Marketing, Operations, and other cross-functional teams while collaborating with U.S.-based stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Pricing Analytics

• Develop and manage data-driven pricing strategies using platforms such as KeyData, PriceLabs, and similar dynamic pricing tools.
• Analyze occupancy trends, booking pace, market conditions, and competitor performance.
• Optimize key revenue metrics including RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and overall property revenue.
• Monitor market indicators and identify opportunities to improve pricing and profitability.
• Conduct property audits to identify revenue opportunities, performance gaps, and potential upsell opportunities.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, risks, and revenue opportunities.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports for internal and client-facing use.
• Use SQL and Python for data cleaning, transformation, automation, and analysis.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and support strategic revenue projects.

Forecasting & Optimization

• Support revenue forecasting and performance planning.
• Apply statistical analysis and forecasting techniques to improve decision-making.
• Leverage AI/ML tools and automation to streamline data workflows and improve forecasting accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive analytical and reporting processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Business Development, Marketing, Operations, and other teams to improve property performance.
• Present data-backed recommendations and insights to stakeholders.
• Work independently while collaborating with U.S.-based teams and clients.
• Support strategic initiatives focused on revenue growth and profitability.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Revenue Management, Revenue Analytics, Pricing, or Data Analytics.
• Hospitality industry experience is preferred.
• Experience with KeyData, PriceLabs, or equivalent dynamic pricing platforms is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with data cleaning, transformation, automation, and analytical workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools.
• Familiarity with forecasting, statistical modeling, and revenue optimization.
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and convert findings into actionable business insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working U.S. business hours and collaborating with U.S.-based stakeholders.
• Highly independent, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely.
