We are seeking a Recruitment People Manager (Career Level – M3) to lead a team of high-performing recruiters and managers in implementing world-class talent strategies.
This is a senior leadership role for an individual with 10+ years of progressive experience who can influence at the VP level and drive “Security-First” and “Diversity-First” hiring plans on a global scale.
About the Role: Strategic Leadership in Talent Acquisition
As a People Manager within OCI Talent Acquisition, you won’t just fill roles; you will architect the hiring engine that powers our cloud growth. You will manage a team of managers, providing a global view of talent trends to our senior business leaders.
Key Responsibilities:

Executive Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with senior HR, Finance, and Business Operations leaders (VP level) to consult on long-term critical talent gaps.

Global Team Management: Lead a team of managers and recruiters, overseeing ongoing career development, performance management, and retention.

Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze hiring trends and headcount forecasts to develop demand-planning mechanisms that minimize cost-per-hire.

Operational Excellence: Maximise investment in recruitment technology (ATS, AI tools) and influence the future roadmap for recruiting processes.

Candidate Experience: Champion world-class candidate assessment frameworks and ensure a compelling employer brand reflective of OCI values.

Compliance & Policy: Manage recruitment policies and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements globally.
Qualifications & Success Profile
We are looking for a change agent with a deep understanding of the engineering talent market.

Experience: 10+ years in Talent Acquisition (Corporate setting preferred); 3+ years leading recruitment teams in large, complex global organisations.

Influence: 2+ years of experience partnering with and influencing at the VP level.

Expertise: Measurable success in hiring engineering professionals and a deep understanding of the end-to-end HR lifecycle.

Analytical Skills: Ability to convert complex data findings into actionable business planning and strategies.

Leadership: Strong, inclusive people leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
