This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for developers who are passionate about clean architecture, performance optimization, and collaborative development.

Key Responsibilities – Software Developer

Application Design & Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using C#, .NET Core, .NET 6/7/8, and Angular

  • Ensure applications are scalable, secure, and high-performing

Reusable Components & Clean Coding

  • Build reusable components, services, and libraries

  • Follow clean code practices and established coding standards

API Development & Integration

  • Develop, consume, and secure RESTful APIs

  • Integrate APIs with Angular-based frontend applications

Architecture & Code Quality

  • Adhere to defined software architecture principles

  • Participate in peer code reviews and technical discussions

Performance Optimization & Testing

  • Perform application performance tuning using profiling tools

  • Conduct unit testing and integration optimization testing

Logging & Monitoring

  • Implement logging and monitoring using Serilog, NLog, and Azure Application Insights

  • Proactively identify and resolve performance or stability issues

Database & ORM

  • Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions

  • Work with SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, and Dapper

CI/CD & DevOps

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning

  • Support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps

  • Assist with containerization using Docker

Troubleshooting & Support

  • Identify and resolve issues across development, staging, and production environments

  • Analyze logs, exceptions, and telemetry data

Collaboration & Mentorship

  • Work closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders

  • Mentor junior developers and support team growth

Required Qualifications & Skills – Software Developer

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field

Technical Skills

  • Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, and Web API

  • Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, async programming, JWT, and OAuth2

  • Proficiency in SQL Server, LINQ, and clean architecture principles

Frontend Technologies

  • Experience with Angular, React, or Vue.js

  • Angular frontend experience is an added advantage

Tools & Platforms

  • Experience with Git and Azure DevOps

  • Exposure to Azure Cloud is preferred

Testing & Methodologies

  • Familiarity with unit testing, mocking frameworks, and TDD

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
