As a partner to our global Business Markets, you will drive Digital Transformation and operational efficiency. From scaling “Big Bet” portfolios to implementing Artificial Intelligence solutions, your work will ensure that Nestlé remains “Brilliant at the Basics” while leading the industry in innovation.

The Role: Strategic Partner & Technology Visionary

You will own the relationship between IT and Business, ensuring that every technological solution delivers measurable E2E (End-to-End) value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Joint Technology Roadmap (JTR): Lead planning and design sessions with Market Function Relationship Managers and Product Teams to align IT evolution with business goals.

  • Strategic Big Bets: Participate in and support the implementation of prioritised “Must Win Battles” and strategic IT rollouts.

  • Agile Leadership: Thrive in an Agile/DevOps environment, applying design thinking to translate business needs into scalable IT solutions.

  • Operational Excellence: Analyse and document process flows, ensuring that security and compliance are baked into every solution design.

  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Guide external vendors and manage senior stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement and service delivery.

  • Team Coaching: Mentor virtual teams to find the best solutions that align with customer objectives and global IT strategies.

 Your Professional Success Profile

We are looking for a techno-functional leader who understands the upstream and downstream flows of a global supply chain.

  • Required Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Information Systems (M.B.A. preferred).

    • Experience: 8+ years in Business Analysis with a deep understanding of E2E integration flows.

  • Technical Mastery:

    • Strong experience in Agile/DevOps and Design Thinking.

    • Proven track record in Digital Transformation and AI technology projects.

    • Expertise in project management and high-level governance.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Excellent communication skills for a global environment.

    • Ability to manage complex escalations and lead through influence.
