💼 About the Role – Lead Business Analyst

The Lead Business Analyst will play a critical role in managing business analysis activities for Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance platforms and enterprise transformation projects.

The role involves working closely with global stakeholders, underwriting teams, technical architects, and product teams to deliver scalable insurance technology solutions. ✅ Lead and Mentor BA Teams

  • Manage and guide business analysts working on P&C insurance policy modules.
  • Support collaboration across underwriting, billing, claims, and onboarding functions.

  • Work with stakeholders to capture business requirements and compliance needs.
