📌 Business Problem Ownership
- Lead discussions with senior stakeholders to define analytics use cases
- Translate business goals into data-driven solutions
- Define enterprise KPIs and performance frameworks
📊 Requirements & Functional Design
- Own end-to-end analytics requirements
- Develop KPI definitions, data mappings, and specifications
- Ensure alignment with analytics standards
📈 Data Analysis & Insights
- Perform deep analysis on large datasets
- Identify trends, patterns, and root causes
- Convert analysis into actionable business recommendations
⚙️ Analytics Delivery & Leadership
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Data Engineers
- Lead UAT, validation, and production readiness
- Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines
🤝 Stakeholder Management
- Present insights and dashboards to leadership
- Influence decision-making using data storytelling
- Handle multiple priorities across teams

- Mentor junior Business Analysts

💻 Technical Skills
- Strong experience in SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
