We are currently inviting applications for our 2026 Off-Campus Drive for the role of React Developer. This is a high-growth opportunity for Freshers and Early-Career Professionals based in Bangalore who are passionate about functional programming and building bulletproof frontend architectures.

 About the Role: High-Scale Frontend Engineering

As a React Developer at Juspay, you won’t just be building interfaces; you will be architecting the “1-click” experience for millions of users. You will work within our Centres of Excellence, balancing framework development with real-world business scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scalable Application Development: Build high-performance React-based web and mobile applications capable of handling massive payment traffic.

  • Advanced State Management: Implement robust logic using Redux, Sagas, or Thunks to manage complex,asynchronous payment flows.

  • Mobile Innovation: Leverage React Native to create seamless cross-platform experiences (iOS/Android) for our Hyper SDK.

  • API Integration: Connect and optimise RESTful APIs to ensure secure, real-time transaction data handling.

  • Optimisation: Fine-tune rendering and responsiveness to ensure a frictionless experience across all devices and network conditions.

 Skills & Eligibility Criteria

We are looking for “marathoners”—engineers who can dive deep into hard problems and maintain a high bar of perfection.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

  • React Mastery: Deep understanding of React.js fundamentals, Hooks, and functional components.

  • Mobile Logic: Hands-on proficiency with React Native.

  • State Managers: Experience with Redux, Flux, or Sagas.

  • Backend Sync: Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs and data lifecycle management.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc) in Computer Science or a similar field.

  • Experience: 0 – 3 Years (Freshers with strong project portfolios are highly encouraged to apply).

  • Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore, Karnataka.
