We are seeking a Specialist – Architecture for our Unified Collaboration team in Bengaluru. If you have 5-7 years of experience in designing and troubleshooting complex Cisco environments and are ready to enable new ways of working through Business AI and integrated operations, this is the role for you.

 The Role: Mastering Global Connectivity

As an Architecture Specialist, you will be responsible for the core systems that keep global enterprises connected. You will bridge the gap between legacy hardware and modern, virtualised collaboration platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Architecture: Manage and optimise CUCM, IMP, CUC, and CER environments.

• Gateway & Hardware Management: Oversee Analogue/Digital Gateways, Hardware/Software media resources, and POTS.

• Protocol Mastery: Expertly handle communication protocols including H.323, MGCP, SIP, SCCP, QSIG, CAS, ISDN, and PRI.

• Virtualisation Support: Support and troubleshoot Cisco UCS Servers and VMware virtualisation environments.

• Consulting & Troubleshooting: Act as a technical consultant for complex network issues, ensuring seamless DNS, DHCP, TFTP, NTP, and LDAP integration.

• Innovation Integration: Implement and support Cisco Webex and video solutions to drive AI-driven collaborative experiences.

 Your Technical Success Profile

We are looking for a certified expert with a deep understanding of the “plumbing” of unified communications.

• Experience: 5 – 7 Years of specialised experience in Unified Collaboration.

• Education: Master’s Degree preferred.

• Certifications: CCNP or CCIE Collaboration is highly desired.

• Mandatory Skills: Deep proficiency in Cisco Webex and CUCM suites.

• Technical Breadth: * Strong understanding of FXO, FXS, and POTS.

  • Familiarity with Cisco Video Solutions.

  • Switching Skills and basic network infrastructure knowledge.

• Bonus Skills: Programming skills in Java or Python for automation and intelligent system integration.
