About the Role: Intern, Data Analyst (Freshers / Final Year)

The mission of our analytics team is to partner directly with core healthcare business units to build tools that drive automated, data-backed decisions. This full-time permanent internship track is structured specifically for fresh graduates and final-year engineering or computer application students (0 years of experience). This is a rare, hands-on opportunity where you don’t need to be an expert on day one—you will explicitly learn Python on the job and use it to transform manual corporate reporting structures into fully automated, programmatic pipelines.

Key Responsibilities & Learning Milestones

• Report Validation: Cross-reference, audit, and validate output metrics from existing fully automated and semi-automated operational reports to ensure data accuracy.

• Manual Reporting: Coordinate with business analysts to manually extract and generate core transactional reports that are scheduled for upcoming automation waves.

• On-the-Job Python Mastery: Dedicate focused cycles to learning Python programming parameters natively within our live development setup.

• Process Automation: Write custom, modular Python scripts to automate highly repetitive, manual data aggregation and generation tasks.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with Business Intelligence and Automation engineers to integrate clean operational datasets into unified clinical reporting tools.

Candidate Prerequisites & Technical Matrix

We are looking for logical thinkers who possess a deep curiosity for data patterns and a strong desire to learn technical script-writing.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience Level: 0 years of experience (Freshers and Entry-Level Candidates).

• Educational Track: Currently in the final year or a recent graduate holding a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) or Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA).

• Analytical Curiosity: A strong interest in parsing datasets, identifying reporting patterns, and interpreting statistical data.

• Technical Orientation: Basic, baseline exposure to fundamental coding structures, logic trees, or spreadsheet operations (Excel/SQL).
