🚀 Job Overview

Emerson is hiring an IBT Data Analyst to support Install Base (IB) Data Management and lifecycle services. This role focuses on data collection, validation, reporting, and automation, helping drive business insights and operational efficiency.

You will work closely with the MEA team to manage technical datasets, generate reports, and identify business opportunities through data-driven insights.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

📊 Data Management & Analysis

  • Manage Install Base data (collection, validation, sourcing, and maintenance)
  • Update valve information, modifications, and obsolescence data
  • Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance

📈 Reporting & Insights

  • Generate reports from multiple systems
  • Support spares database and reporting processes
  • Extract insights from repair reports and site data

⚙️ Process Improvement & Automation

  • Automate manual processes using Excel and data tools
  • Transform paper-based data into digital formats
  • Integrate tools to improve workflow efficiency

🤝 Collaboration

  • Work with cross-functional teams for data accuracy
  • Support business development through analytics insights

🧠 Required Skills

💻 Technical Skills

  • Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, formulas, data handling)
  • Knowledge of Power Query for data transformation
  • Understanding of data validation & cleaning

  • Ability to handle and analyze technical datasets

🎓 Qualifications
