Koffeetech Communications is looking for a dynamic HR Executive to handle daily HR operations while supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance activities. The role plays a key part in maintaining smooth HR processes and fostering a positive workplace culture.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities – Human Resources Executive

⚙️ HR Operations

Manage attendance and leave records, maintain employee data, support payroll coordination, ensure accurate HRMS updates, and handle HR documentation.

👥 Recruitment & Onboarding

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, screen resumes, schedule interviews, assist with offer rollouts, and ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.

🤝 Employee Engagement & Relations

Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, support engagement initiatives and events, assist with employee concerns, grievances, and exit processes, and help maintain a positive work environment.

📜 Compliance & Policy Support

Support HR policy implementation, ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws, and assist with audits and compliance documentation.
