About the Role – Human Resources Executive
As a Human Resources Executive at Grapes Worldwide, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance while supporting employees across their lifecycle. The role requires strong ownership of HR data, systems, and documentation, along with the ability to collaborate closely with Finance, IT, and leadership teams. You will also contribute to performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and continuous improvement of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities – Human Resources Executive
HR Operations & Documentation
-
Maintain employee master data, contracts, and personal files (digital and physical).

Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, attendance, and leave data with the Finance team.

Update HRMS/HRIS records and ensure smooth attendance and leave workflows.

Maintain audit-ready documentation for all HR and compliance records.
Compliance & Administration
-
Support statutory compliance including PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity, and related requirements.

Assist with data collation and document preparation for internal and external audits.

Maintain compliance checklists and coordinate with CA and Accounts teams.
HR Systems & Support
-
Administer HRMS tools such as Zoho People, Zimyo, GreyTHR, or Keka (Keka preferred).

Ensure accuracy of HR data, employee requests, and system updates.

Coordinate with IT/Admin for onboarding and offboarding logistics and access control.

Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and escalations.
Performance & Data Management

Track probation completion, confirmations, and appraisal timelines.

Maintain employee performance data and feedback documentation.

Support managers with goal-setting and evaluation documentation.

Prepare HR reports and dashboards for attendance, headcount, attrition, and leave.
Employee Engagement & Welfare

Manage onboarding, exit, and pulse surveys.

Support internal communication and employee welfare initiatives.

Assist in organizing off-sites, workshops, and learning & development programs.
Key Requirements – Human Resources Executive

Experience: 2β3 years of progressive HR experience across multiple HR functions.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and statutory compliance.

Tools: Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS tools and Google Workspace (Keka experience preferred).

Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

Aptitude: Ability to manage multiple priorities with ownership and confidentiality.

Work Environment: Experience in both structured and fast-paced environments is an advantage.
