🎯 Key Responsibilities

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging business needs with technical system capabilities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Gathering and documenting business, functional, and system requirements

  • Conducting requirement analysis and gap assessments

  • Translating business processes into system specifications

  • Collaborating with IT, engineering, and operations teams

  • Supporting ERP/CRM or enterprise system implementations

  • Preparing process maps, workflows, user stories, and use cases

  • Assisting in system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

  • Supporting change management and stakeholder communication

Candidates should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
