About the Role: Data Analyst (MIS & Business Intelligence)

Chartered Speed Limited is actively seeking an analytical, detail-oriented Data Analyst / MIS Specialist to join its corporate analytics wing in Sanathal, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This full-time, permanent position is exclusively open to female candidates who are eager to kickstart a meaningful corporate path within the booming travel, transit, and public mobility sector.

Tailored specifically for freshers and early-career data specialists (0 to 1 year of experience), this role focuses on translating day-to-day fleet management, vehicle telemetry, customer ticketing, and operational metrics into scannable, actionable business insights. Working at the intersection of core data compilation and interactive reporting, you will leverage advanced Excel features and Power BI dashboards to eliminate information gaps and support key decision-making frameworks for corporate leadership.

Key Responsibilities & Data Workflows

  • Data Collection & Aggregation: Compile, sanitise, and manage extensive raw datasets spanning multi-state intercity routes, fleet operational logs, and passenger ticketing channels.

  • MIS Reporting & Maintenance: Design, update, and manage Management Information Systems (MIS) to ensure data pipelines flow continuously and accurately to regional centers.

  • Advanced Spreadsheet Optimisation: Build dynamic formula models, pivot matrices, and pattern tracking logic within Microsoft Excel to handle day-to-day transit logs.

  • BI Dashboard Engineering: Gather historical data patterns to construct and refine custom Power BI visualisation layers and structural business performance dashboards.

  • Operational Intelligence Mapping: Partner with fleet logistics and route optimisation teams to translate high-volume mobility metrics into clear, scannable summaries.

  • Data Integrity Auditing: Routinely clean, sort, and validate multi-channel corporate and end-user data layers to maintain complete database accuracy.

  • Executive Decision Support: Interpret localised data anomalies and compile analytical summary reviews to assist corporate management in hitting target operational KPIs.

Candidate Prerequisites & Core Skills

Required Profile & Educational Baseline:
