About the Role: Team Lead – Cyber Review & Data Analysis

This is a high-seniority Leadership role within the Operations department. As a Team Lead, you will bridge the gap between technical data analysis and project management. You are responsible for ensuring that massive datasets—often involving sensitive personal information (PII)—are accurately reviewed and categorised following a cyber incident.

Core Responsibilities

  • Team Supervision: Lead a team of Data Analysts, providing oversight on deduplication, Quality Control (QC), and notification list preparation.

  • Complex Data Problem-Solving: Develop innovative solutions for unique client requests using VBA, Macros, and Python.

  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with Review Managers to establish timelines and manage resource requirements.

  • Incident Response Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of Cyber Incident Response to ensure data breach notifications meet high standards of quality and compliance.

  • Technical Quality Control: Assist analysts with advanced Excel functions and SQL queries to ensure the integrity of final deliverables.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years in advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, Macros, Lookups) and 4+ years specifically in Cyber Incident Response or Data Breach review.

  • Technical Stack: * Mastery of Excel (Advanced formulas is a must).

    • Programming: Macros, VBA, and Python.

    • Querying: SQL.

    • Platforms: Relativity or Canopy (eDiscovery tools)

  • Leadership: Proven experience in training, providing feedback, and managing production teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
