The Senior SAP GTM (Go-To-Market) Leader is a high-stakes, executive-level role designed for a “Market Shaper.” This position isn’t just about managing sales; it’s about architecting the entire strategy for SAP business growth. You will be responsible for defining how the organisation wins massive SAP S/4HANA transformations, managing the “Lead-to-Close” pipeline, and leveraging a deep global partner ecosystem.

As the spearhead of the SAP portfolio, you will act as the primary liaison between vertical sales teams, the SAP solutioning centre, and SAP’s own regional leadership.


🟒 Role Overview & Impact

This is a “Triple Threat” leadership role encompassing Sales, Pre-Sales, and Delivery Oversight.

  • Portfolio Growth: Own the P&L for a defined SAP segment, ensuring both the “Order Book” (future business) and current revenue targets are met.

  • Strategic Hunting & Farming: Work with client partners to penetrate new accounts (hunting) and expand existing SAP footprints (farming) through high-value transformation roadmaps.

  • Win Strategy Leadership: Lead the development of “Win Themes” for multi-million dollar pursuits, ensuring the value proposition is tailored to the client’s specific industry vertical.

  • SAP Ecosystem Orchestration: Manage high-level relationships with SAP SE and other strategic software/infrastructure partners to ensure the firm is the “Partner of Choice” for co-sell opportunities.

  • Offer Evolution: Collaborate with technical teams to evolve SAP offerings (e.g., RISE with SAP, BTP, industry clouds) into marketable, local GTM strategies.

  • Leadership: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams across different geographies.
