Role Overview

BiggPocket Fintech Pvt. Ltd. is hiring 5 Business Development Interns to join its commercial lending and sales growth team in New Delhi.

This hands-on role combines financial pre-sales, channel acquisition, and credit evaluation. Working directly within the commercial lending pipeline, you will drive market penetration for mortgage and business loan products by onboarding Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), originating secured loan proposals, verifying borrower credentials against credit policy guidelines, and navigating internal approval workflows.

Key Responsibilities

DSA Channel Acquisition & Network Expansion

• Distribution Sourcing: Onboard, train, and manage Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) and direct recruits to expand market outreach across New Delhi.

• Mortgage & BL Growth: Execute targeted business development strategies to drive lead generation for Mortgage products and Unsecured Business Loans (UBL).

Loan Origination & Credit Assessment

• Proposal Assessment: Take full ownership of originating secured loan proposals, evaluating financial profiles against internal Company Credit Policy standards.

• System Logging: Audit borrower applications and ensure the precise logging of verified, positive proposals into the company’s loan origination platform.

• Inter-Departmental Escalation: Liaise with credit underwriters, risk compliance managers, and approval boards to resolve documentation roadblocks and accelerate loan disbursements.

Eligibility Criteria & Key Requirements

Educational Qualifications

• Eligible Candidates: Currently enrolled Undergraduates, MBA Students (Finance / Marketing / Analytics), and Fresh Graduates.

• Experience Required: Freshers welcome; prior exposure to sales, finance coursework, or aggregators is a plus.

Desired Skills & Familiarity

• Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of Secured Business Loans, Unsecured Finance, Mortgage Products, Personal Loans, and loan aggregators.

• Channel Management: Familiarity with DSA networks and commercial financial distribution models.

• Soft Skills: Persuasive verbal and written communication skills, proactive client relationship management, and strong analytical decision-making.
