About the Role: Graduate Robotics Trainer Intern
STEM ROBOTICS INTERNATIONAL is actively recruiting a passionate, hardware-curious Graduate Robotics Trainer Intern to join its educational delivery squad in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. This full-time, in-person internship is explicitly structured for graduates only who want to build a professional runway at the intersection of embedded systems engineering, project hardware troubleshooting, and technical mentorship.
As a Robotics Trainer Intern, you will transition away from pure textbook equations and step directly onto the front lines of practical hardware assembly. Working under the guidance of senior robotics trainers, your daily technical focus will center on building and programming prototype robots, deploying microcontrollers, and organizing technology labs. This role is strictly intended for individuals who have already completed their degrees, offering a unique professional runway to translate concepts like sensor integration and motor driving into engaging, client-ready training materials.
Key Responsibilities & Technical Sprints

Practical Session Mentorship: Assist senior technical trainers in conducting live robotics and hardware fabrication classes for secondary and higher secondary school students.

Hardware Assembly & Programming: Support students during hands-on builds, guiding them through wiring layouts, microcontroller setups, and sensor integrations (Arduino, microcontrollers, motors, and electronic sensors).

Curriculum & Material Prep: Contribute to the compilation, refinement, and testing of weekly technical lesson plans, engineering build guides, and hardware kit check-sheets.

Lab Infrastructure Governance: Manage and maintain delicate robotics lab hardware, ensuring absolute calibration accuracy, resource tracking, and safe inventory handling routines.

Event & Competition Logistics: Play an active technical role in orchestrating regional STEM workshops, inter-school robotics hackathons, and technology project exhibitions.
