How massive? We handle 160B+ daily ad requests and serve 1B+ ads per day in 180 countries. We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) who is ready to take full ownership of client relationships and drive performance in the fast-evolving AdTech landscape.


The Role: Strategic Growth and Client Advocacy

As a CSM at Kayzen, you aren’t just a point of contact; you are a strategic consultant. You will serve as the bridge between our cutting-edge product and the business goals of our clients. Your focus will be on driving “needle-moving” processes and fostering long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Consultation: Provide DSP advisory from onboarding through the entire client lifecycle, ensuring solutions align with business goals.

  • Campaign Excellence: Co-manage and optimise performance-driven campaigns, analysing log-level data to improve ROI.

  • Proactive Account Strategy: Conduct high-impact Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and weekly reporting to evangelise the product roadmap and identify growth milestones.

  • The Feedback Loop: Work directly with Product and Engineering teams to translate client needs into new features and technical enhancements.

  • Data-Driven Ownership: Use strong analytical skills to spot trends, troubleshoot issues, and provide daily optimization recommendations.


 Requirements: Are You the Right Fit?

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience managing performance-driven web clients (this is a must-have).

  • Platform Knowledge: Hands-on experience with programmatic or digital advertising platforms.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to dig into complex data sets and turn raw insights into actionable campaign strategies.

  • Proactive Mindset: You don’t wait for instructions—you tackle challenges and find solutions independently.

  • Technical Detail: An eye for detail in troubleshooting and maintaining internal documentation (Hubspot/Call Notes).
