About the Role

Are you an inquisitive data professional who thrives on turning raw data into strategic insights? We are looking for a Data Analytics Developer/Lead to join our growing Data & Analytics team. This is a 100% Remote position focused on our Azure-based platform. You will bridge the gap between complex data engineering and business-ready visualisations, specifically within a high-speed e-commerce domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Insight Engineering: Design and maintain high-performance Power BI dashboards and semantic models using advanced DAX and Row-Level Security (RLS).

• Data Validation & Quality: Profile and validate datasets within the Data Lake, ensuring the “Medallion Architecture” maintains high standards of accuracy and consistency.

• Advanced Querying: Write and optimize complex SQL and Databricks notebooks to profile data at scale.

• Platform Innovation: Collaborate on modern Lakehouse concepts using Azure Synapse, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric.

• Stakeholder Partnership: Translate complex business requirements into scalable analytical solutions, fostering a culture of self-service BI.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks, and Power BI.

• Technical Core: Deep expertise in Data Modelling, SQL Performance Tuning, and DAX (Time-intelligence/KPIs).

• Architecture: Solid understanding of Lakehouse concepts and the Medallion Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold).

• Cloud Ecosystem: Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, and Azure Synapse Analytics.

• Domain: Experience in E-commerce data structures is highly preferred.

• Location: 100% Remote.
