About the Role: Data Analytics & AI Solutions Manager

Are you a strategic data architect looking to pioneer the intersection of enterprise business intelligence and generative AI workflows? Omnissa is seeking a commercially minded, deeply analytical Data Analytics & AI Solutions Manager to join our elite Software Development operations team in India.

In this high-impact management track, you will serve as the premier translator between complex backend data engineering capabilities and cross-functional corporate goals. Moving far beyond static spreadsheet tracking, you will own the architectural design of scalable data models built to handle massive, multi-tiered enterprise datasets. You will actively evaluate, embed, and deploy emerging AI tools to accelerate automated data processing and predictive insight generation. Partnering across multiple global business units, you will map data integration flows, champion data governance, and design advanced dashboard frameworks that give senior leadership absolute clarity over operational performance.

Key Responsibilities & AI Data Solutions Workflows

• Enterprise Data Modeling: Architect, build, and maintain high-performance data models to support macro forecasting, executive scorecards, and strategic digital workspace initiatives.

• AI Tool Evaluation & Deployment: Evaluate and leverage state-of-the-art AI-driven utilities to optimize data processing pipelines, automate routine extraction, and surface deep predictive insights.

• Cross-Functional Data Harmonization: Collaborate intimately across diverse global product, IT, and sales divisions to map and optimize how data flows across disparate corporate systems.

• Advanced Statistical Exploration: Analyze large, complex multi-structured datasets to pinpoint structural performance trends, address operational bottlenecks, and identify growth opportunities.

• Data Integrity & QA Governance: Proactively audit corporate data pipelines to isolate data quality anomalies, implementing resilient engineering fixes to ensure maximum reporting accuracy.

Basic Required Qualifications:
