About the Role

PharmaForceIQ is hiring an experienced Data Analyst with 2–4 years of experience in data management, reporting, or analytics.

The Data Analyst will be responsible for gathering, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data to support business decisions and measure campaign effectiveness. You will work closely with marketing strategy, product, and data science teams to deliver analytical insights and improve reporting processes.

The position reports to the Senior Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, clean, and organize data from multiple sources.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and usability.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and MS Excel.
• Support business and client reporting requirements.
• Write basic to moderate SQL queries for data analysis.
• Use Python scripts for data processing automation and simple analysis.
• Collaborate with marketing strategy, product, and data science teams.
• Analyze data trends and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Assist with data documentation and metrics tracking.
• Support the development and maintenance of performance dashboards.
• Improve reporting processes through automation and standardization.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data manipulation.
• Strong practical experience with Power BI dashboard development.
• Basic to moderate knowledge of SQL, including joins, filters, and aggregations.
• Basic to moderate Python skills for data cleaning and simple analytics.
• Understanding of data visualization best practices.
• Strong understanding of data accuracy and quality principles.
• Ability to translate raw data into actionable business insights.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience in health-tech, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare analytics is preferred.
• Experience with pharmaceutical service providers is an advantage.
• Exposure to CRM or marketing data environments is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
