Job Overview

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and analysing business data to support operational and strategic decision-making. The role requires building automated reporting systems, maintaining MIS dashboards, and ensuring high levels of data accuracy across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyse structured and unstructured datasets.

• Develop automated MIS reports using Google Apps Script and Google Sheets.

• Create interactive dashboards using Looker Studio (Google Data Studio) or Tableau.

• Perform routine data quality checks and maintain data integrity.

• Design data collection and reporting frameworks to enhance efficiency.

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly business performance reports.

• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support management decisions.

• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual reporting efforts.

• Communicate analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.

• Proven work experience as a Data Analyst, MIS Executive, or Business Intelligence professional.

• Strong expertise in Google Apps Script and Google Workspace tools.

• Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets (pivot tables, query functions, automation).

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio or Tableau.

• Understanding of statistical techniques and analytical methodologies.

• Familiarity with database systems and data management best practices.

• Knowledge of SQL or other query languages is preferred.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
