Capgemini Invent is looking for a dynamic Data Analyst / BI Consultant who can transform complex data into actionable insights. You will work on advanced analytics, BI reporting, and cloud-based data solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends and insights
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries and analytical datasets
  • Design and maintain BI dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
  • Work with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) for data processing
  • Perform data preparation and transformation using Python, PySpark, Databricks
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams on pipelines and data quality
  • Apply data modelling techniques for scalable solutions
  • Support AI-driven analytics and exploratory data analysis
  • Work in Agile teams using tools like JIRA, Confluence, DevOps

🧠 Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in SQL
  • Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
  • Understanding of data modelling concepts
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies

  • Experience with PySpark & Databricks
  • Knowledge of DevOps & CI/CD pipelines
  • Exposure to AI/advanced analytics
