Role Objective

As a Data Analyst at Aliste Technologies, you will be responsible for interpreting complex data sets to help our product and business teams make informed decisions. You will build and maintain robust data pipelines, ensure data integrity across various database systems, and translate numbers into narratives that drive growth.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Data Extraction & Management: Querying and extracting data from diverse database environments including SQL, MongoDB, and DynamoDB.
• Performance Monitoring: Developing and maintaining automated dashboards to track KPIs, product performance, and operational efficiency.
• Data Cleaning & Optimization: Scrubbing large datasets to ensure high data quality and consistency across NoSQL and Relational databases.
• Advanced Reporting: Utilizing Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Macros, Data Modeling) to perform deep-dive analysis and generate periodic business reports.
• Trend Analysis: Identifying patterns, correlations, and trends in user behavior and system performance to provide strategic recommendations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with Engineering and Product teams to optimize data collection processes and implement new data tracking features.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Proficiency: * Strong command over SQL for complex data retrieval and manipulation.
  • Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases, specifically MongoDB and DynamoDB.
  • Expert-level mastery of Microsoft Excel for data visualization and modeling.
• Experience: 3 to 4 years of proven experience in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst role.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• Communication: Ability to present complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
