Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Analysis

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Understand business expectations and translate them into functional requirements.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and process documentation.

Corporate Lending Process Management

• Work on corporate lending and commercial lending projects.
• Understand loan origination, credit assessment, disbursement, repayment, and closure processes.
• Support lending workflow improvements and operational efficiency.

Documentation & Functional Specifications

• Create process flows and functional specification documents.
• Ensure business requirements are clearly communicated to development and QA teams.
