Digit Insurance is looking for skilled Business Analysts to join its Technology team, specifically focusing on General Insurance processes. In this role, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are accurately translated into effective system solutions.

This position is ideal for candidates who have a strong understanding of insurance workflows and are passionate about improving operational efficiency through technology.


🛠️ Key Responsibilities – Business Analyst

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as SP, Underwriting (UW), Actuary, Operations, Claims, and Finance

  • Work closely with external partners to ensure alignment on processes and systems

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements

  • Design system solutions that align with business needs

  • Define and improve the end-to-end customer journey

  • Coordinate with development teams for project planning and timely delivery

  • Participate in weekly sprint planning with Product Managers

  • Understand business priorities and drive process and system improvements


✅ Required Skills & Experience – Business Analyst

  • 3 to 8 years of experience in General Insurance

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end insurance processes and product lifecycle

  • Hands-on experience with SQL and API integration

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage stakeholders and handle multiple priorities

  • Managerial or leadership skills are an added advantage


➕ Additional Requirements – Business Analyst

  • 3+ years of experience in Life Insurance

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis

  • Experience in preparing BRDs (Business Requirement Documents)

  • Immediate joiners are highly preferred
