💼 About the Role – Business Analyst
Cybage is looking for a seasoned Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions. This role goes beyond traditional business analysis by integrating AI, automation, and advanced analytics into everyday workflows.
🔹 Experience Required
- 7+ years of strong domain experience as a Business Analyst
🔹 Preferred Expertise
- Hands-on experience with modern BA tools
- Exposure to AI-enabled platforms (knowledge of Claude is a plus)
🎯 Role Objective
The primary goal of this role is to drive end-to-end requirement management while contributing to innovative AI-driven initiatives such as:
- Business process automation
- Predictive analytics solutions
- Intelligent workflows and decision systems
📋 Key Responsibilities – Business Analyst
- Lead requirement gathering sessions, stakeholder meetings, and discovery workshops
- Translate business requirements into:
- BRD (Business Requirement Document)
- FRD (Functional Requirement Document)
- SRS (Software Requirement Specification)
- Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria
- Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Data Scientists, AI/ML teams, and Engineering teams
- Define and document AI-based use cases and automation workflows
- Create process flows, wireframes, and data mapping documents
- Maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
- Handle change management and requirement updates
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployment
- Ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation
- Work on data-centric projects and API integrations
