Role Summary – Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst at Aptita, you will play a critical role in driving the Go-To-Market process and tooling, with a strong focus on data analytics. The primary responsibility involves supporting the client’s internal deployment of Kantata, while also contributing to system transformation, platform leadership, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities – Business Analyst

🔹 Go-To-Market & Analytics

  • Drive and optimize the Go-To-Market (GTM) process

  • Support GTM tooling and analytics initiatives

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure effective deployment

🔹 Systems & Platform Management

  • Perform system and data analysis, bug fixes, enhancements, and ongoing support

  • Lead administration and ownership of the Kantata platform

  • Support platform expansion across tools such as Salesforce, Workday, and Anaplan

🔹 Operations & Reporting

  • Support Sales and/or Delivery Operations

  • Manage operational SLA reporting

  • Work with ticket management systems to track and resolve issues efficiently

Required Qualifications & Skills – Business Analyst

🔹 Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Strong experience with SQL and Tableau (mandatory)

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel for data manipulation

  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow or similar Service Desk tools

🔹 Tools & Platforms

  • Experience with JIRA for ticket and project management

  • Exposure to enterprise platforms such as Kantata, Salesforce, Workday, or Anaplan is a plus

🔹 Documentation & Communication

  • Expertise in business requirement documentation and user stories

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to communicate clearly, proactively, and concisely with cross-functional teams
