🧩 About the Role – Business Analyst II

As a Business Analyst II, you will play a critical role in aligning customer requirements with product development. You’ll work closely with product consultants, delivery teams, and technical stakeholders to ensure high-quality product configurations and successful releases. This role demands strong analytical thinking, ownership of functional quality, and the ability to act as a trusted product expert for customers and internal teams—especially within SaaS and healthcare-focused environments.

🔍 Key Responsibilities – Business Analyst II

Collaboration & Project Coordination

  • Partner with Product Consultants and Business Analysts to deliver best practices.

  • Coordinate between Delivery and Product Development teams, ensuring smooth execution of customer requirements and product increments.

Product Expertise & Customer Interaction

  • Serve as the Product SME and primary contact for customers and on-shore delivery teams.

  • Handle product queries, configuration requests, and clarifications efficiently.

Research, Analysis & Configuration

  • Take initiative in research to gather required data during the Product Configuration & Build stage.

  • Identify issues, conduct in-depth analysis, draw conclusions, and perform UI-based configurations.

Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Work with technical teams on user stories and validate technical deliverables during UAT.

  • Maintain and update functional test cases for each sprint or release.

Data Analysis

  • Analyze large datasets or documents with minimal guidance and high accuracy.

🛠️ Technical Skills & Qualifications – Business Analyst II

  • Strong background in API integrations and software product implementations.

  • Experience with SaaS-based enterprise software applications.

  • US Healthcare domain knowledge is preferred and considered a strong plus.
