Job Overview

As a Business Analyst at Accenture, you will play a key role in evaluating organisational processes and systems to design effective business solutions. You will assess current business models, gather and document requirements, and define future-state solutions that support operational efficiency and strategic objectives.

You will collaborate closely with business users, technical teams, and leadership to ensure alignment between business needs and technology capabilities. The role also involves acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and contributing to important team and project decisions.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyse existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.

  • Assess the current state of business operations and define future-state solutions.

  • Gather, validate, and document business and functional requirements.

  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, discussions, and requirement-gathering workshops.

  • Translate business needs into clear and actionable documentation.

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and guide team members when required

  • Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure business-technology alignment.

  • Support project planning activities, including scope definition and timelines

  • Contribute to key project and team-level decisions.

  • Provide structured solutions to business challenges across teams.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong expertise in Business Requirements Analysis

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role

  • Proven ability to analyse business models and workflows

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Exposure to Salesforce Development

  • Experience in Salesforce Testing

  • Knowledge of CRM platforms and enterprise systems

Professional Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
