About the Role: Brand Marketing & Sales Executive (Fresher Only)

Millennium Organisation is hiring for a full-time, permanent Brand Marketing & Sales Executive position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This role is structured exclusively for freshers and early-career candidates (0 to 2 years of experience), with an entry-level package of ₹4.0 to ₹6.0 LPA plus performance-based incentives.
As a Management Trainee at Millennium Organisation, you will skip the passive back-office data entry roles and step right into a fast-paced, people-centric business environment. You will be cross-trained from scratch across the entire business lifecycle: starting with face-to-face customer acquisitions, moving into client relationship management, and ultimately expanding into an executive leadership role where you will guide, mentor, and manage a dedicated field marketing team of 7 to 15 associates.
Key Responsibilities & Leadership Workflows

Campaign Execution: Lead on-the-ground brand sales and marketing campaigns, using face-to-face communication to drive product awareness and customer acquisitions.

Team Leadership & Development: Coach, mentor, and guide an active team of 7 to 15 marketing associates, running daily performance syncs and field training sessions.

Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring their brand objectives, target metrics, and compliance guidelines are met.

Performance Tracking: Evaluate daily and weekly campaign KPIs, map out customer conversion trends, and coordinate directly with senior executives to optimise sales cycles.

Agile Project Coordination: Move fluidly between B2B and B2C marketing channels, adjusting promotional strategies based on real-time market feedback.

Onboarding & Selection Assistance: Help senior managers screen, interview, and onboard new marketing freshers into your aligned business unit.
