The Assistant Manager – PLCS Growth role focuses on improving business efficiency, reducing operational bottlenecks, and supporting geo-expansion initiatives. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with Sales, IT, Operations, HR, and other internal teams to streamline processes and enhance overall productivity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Monitoring & KPI Tracking

  • Track and improve key performance indicators such as query resolution time and repeat queries.

  • Monitor branch productivity and ensure performance targets are met.

  • Provide relevant data points for management reporting.

2. Sales & Process Optimization

  • Liaise with Sales and IT teams to reduce sales-related queries and operational bottlenecks.

  • Work closely with IT/COE teams to build process and policy checks on SFDC workflows.

  • Ensure minimal downstream leakages through structured workflow improvements.

3. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with IT, Operations, and other departments to ensure early resolution of sales queries.

  • Work with Admin, IT, and HR teams for the smooth launch of new branches.

4. Geo-Expansion Projects

  • Plan and execute time-bound geo-expansion initiatives.

  • Track and monitor the productivity of newly launched branches.

  • Support stabilization and growth of new business locations.

5. Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Conduct regular and ad-hoc analysis of business metrics.

  • Assist leadership with actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

  • Deliver critical business projects assigned by management.
