Role Overview
As an AI Analyst, you will sit at the intersection of product analytics, data science, and AI model optimization. You will analyze user interaction logs, evaluate Large Language Model output quality, refine prompt engineering pipelines, and conduct statistical analyses to improve enterprise AI model performance.
Key Responsibilities

AI Model Evaluation & Prompt Engineering: Review outputs from LLMs, identify usage gaps, and write, test, and optimize prompts to boost accuracy and response quality.

Dataset Curation & Synthetic Data Generation: Curate high-quality, diverse, and representative datasets (including synthetic data generation) for AI model fine-tuning, training, and benchmarking.

Exploratory Data & Statistical Analysis: Analyze user behavior trends, investigate metric anomalies, and build statistical models using Python and SQL to uncover product usage drivers.

Automated Improvement Pipelines: Propose and design enhancements for automated data evaluation pipelines to streamline prompt optimization and model retraining.

Business & Model Metrics Reporting: Define key model performance indicators, analyze user feedback loops, and publish weekly business intelligence reports for product and leadership teams.
Qualifications & Skill Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher with a strong academic background in a quantitative field.

Experience: 1–2 years of full-time professional experience as an AI Analyst, Data Analyst, or Analytics Engineer.

Must-Have Technical Skills:

Python: Strong hands-on proficiency with
pandas,numpy, andmatplotlib. -
SQL: Advanced querying skills to extract, clean, and analyze transactional and conversational datasets.

Highly Desirable Skills:

Prompt Engineering: Hands-on experience designing, testing, and systemizing LLM prompts.

Machine Learning Fundamentals: Familiarity with ML evaluation metrics (Precision, Recall, F1-score, BLEU, ROUGE).

scikit-learn,Hugging Face, orPyTorch. -
