As a Business Analyst in the ARTS team, you will take full ownership of a suite of business intelligence tools, executive dashboards, and automated metrics used by global leaders. This role requires comfortable handling of ambiguity and excellent communication skills. You will dive deep into large backend databases using SQL, build complex VBA macros to eliminate manual processes, and design interactive QuickSight or Tableau reports that reveal operational trends and improvement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities & Data Automation Workflows

Business Intelligence Ownership: Create, deploy, and continuously improve standard operational metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and executive dashboard suites.

Database Querying & Extraction: Dive deep into massive backend data architectures—specifically Oracle and Amazon Redshift clusters—using advanced SQL to isolate specific operational trends.

Workflow Automation Scripting: Write, test, and maintain complex Excel VBA macros to automate recurring data processing tasks and minimize manual reporting steps.
