Job Description
As an Executive – Rebate Data Analyst, you will analyze rebate and financial data, validate customer claims, prepare journal voucher upload files, and support Gross-to-Net activities. Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly management reports.
- Analyze financial data and prepare ad hoc reports as required by management.
- Support financial reporting activities and ensure data accuracy.
2. Rebate Claims and Validation
- Review customer rebate claims and other financial claims.
- Compare customer-provided information with company ERP records.
- Identify discrepancies and investigate differences in financial data.
- Process claims in accordance with applicable agreements and company policies.
3. Gross-to-Net (GTN) Analysis
- Prepare and review worksheets for GTN true-up calculations.
