About the Role: ADM Data Operations Analyst
Are you an analytical professional with a strong foundation in private markets, fund administration, or alternative investments? EY is accepting applications for a full-time, permanent ADM Data Operations Analyst within its specialised investment data division in Bengaluru, India.
In this business intelligence and analytics role, you will take absolute ownership of processing, validating, and maintaining highly accurate alternative investment data streams. The position bridges financial acumen with digital execution: you will review complex private fund documentation, resolve processing exceptions, and manage automated data extraction tools. Operating in a high-performance environment, you will play a critical role in helping institutional investors and sovereign wealth funds track capital layouts, evaluate performance metrics, and fulfill rigorous client reporting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities & Data Quality Workflows

Alternative Investment Document Auditing: Extract, review, and validate complex transaction data from unstructured private fund documents—specifically tracking Capital Call notices, Distribution statements, and quarterly Capital Account Statements (ILPA templates).

Data Integrity Verification: Perform rigorous data quality checks to ensure financial metrics housed in reporting platforms perfectly align with official source documentation.

Automated Extraction Support: Supervise and guide automated data parsing systems, identifying processing anomalies, managing systemic exceptions, and diagnosing data gaps.

SLA & Performance Mapping: Maintain steady throughput velocity to hit predefined qualitative, productivity, and timeline-driven client reporting targets.

Workflow Documentation: Author, update, and standardise operational Runbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs) as alternative investment structures evolve.

Cross-Functional Issue Resolution: Investigate transactional mismatches, coordinate with investment operations teams, and scale risk management controls to minimise operational errors.

Academic Foundation & Tenure:

Education Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or an allied quantitative or technical discipline.
