In this role, you will be the engine of our talent pipeline. You will go beyond traditional recruiting to practice Strategic Talent Sourcing, ensuring that human ingenuity remains the heartbeat of our global success.
The Role: Mastering the Global Talent Pool
As a Sourcing Associate, you will be responsible for the end-to-end identification and initial engagement of top-tier talent. You will navigate complex job markets and leverage advanced recruitment technologies to meet the needs of our global hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sourcing: Create approved requisitions and manage both internal and external sourcing channels.

Data Mining: Actively mine existing talent pools and external job boards to find “hidden” candidates.

Candidate Intake: Support the application process using electronic, phone, or paper methods to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Screening & Assessment: Develop shortlists and utilise automated screening tools (including IVR) to validate candidate quality.

Hiring Manager Interaction: Collaborate directly with hiring managers to align on candidate profiles and expectations.

Performance Metrics: Maintain a high-velocity workflow, consistently sourcing 7-8 relevant profiles on a daily basis.
Your Professional Success Profile
We are looking for recruiters who understand the nuances of the North American market and possess the communication skills to represent a global brand.

Education: Any Graduation degree.

Experience: 1 to 3 years in Talent Acquisition.

Must-Have Expertise: * Proven experience in US/Canada recruitment is mandatory.

Deep understanding of the US job market and sourcing trends.

Technical Skills: * Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HCM (Human Capital Management)tools.

Expert knowledge of global Job Boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, etc.).

Communication: * Exceptional written grammar and professional email formatting.

Clarity, warmth, and confidence during virtual and phone interactions.
